Insured Services was started in 1997 as a one-man residential and commercial remodeling company by Johnathan Smith. Johnathan has extensive home repair experience after caring for several of his own rental properties in South Bend, and marketing himself as a repair man to real estate agents with his business Direct Enterprises from 1989 to 1997.
Today the team of Johnathan Smith and subcontractors, contracts a wide variety of home improvement projects, from small drywall repairs to adding additions, creating entire new kitchens, baths and finished basements. Insured Services strives to provide a high quality of work and a satisfied customer on each job, with a list of references available.
